Hi everyone it’s that time of the year again. All the fancy deserts that you don’t eat all year long. Here is an Easy Sweet Potato Pie that anyone can make. When I was just a little girl, I would sit in the kitchen and watch my mom make them.

Now days, when it’s time for me to cook the holiday dinner that’s the first thing my two children say to me. How many pies you making this year mom? I normally make about five because one will disappearafter it comes out of the oven. When my husband was alive I would always catch him late at night with my son sitting on his lap and a whole pie and a quart of milk. Boy did he get in trouble.
