I really like casserole’s myself because, when your tired and really don’t want to be in the kitchen a casserole is really your best friend. There so easy who wouldn’t love them mix everything together and throw it in the oven.
As you all know, I have been chosen to be a General Hospital Brand Ambassador. Hey everyone, I was out and about today and was really excited when I saw I would be able to snap a picture of the Coaches Trophy from the University of Alabama’s Winning the Rose Bowl. That was the prettiest trophy I probably will every see in my life and I’m glad I got the opportunity.

I went to a very nice Christmas Party the other day that was given at the Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Hoover, Alabama. WOW is all I can say. By me not being too interested in golf I really had not heard of this place but, you know what the people who golf or should I say the professional golfers really got it going on. LOL
Walking into this place was just breath taking. They had ginger bread houses all over the place that were just fantastic. Check out some of the pictures I took.
My sister-in-law Rose cooked up some meatloaf that was out of this world. I really just ate myself silly that’s how good it was. There is quite a difference of taste between the North and the South so, I feel like I’m getting great hands on training right here. If ever I felt that the food was cooked with plenty of love, I really do now. So, let’s get started with this recipe it will blow your mind.
Ingredients
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcester Sauce
2 Eggs
