Hey everyone hope all is well today. Jeez I’m finally able to sit and relax and enjoy my dinner I cooked today. Lamb happens to be another one of my favorite meats to cook and actually it’s not hard at all. I know I’ve heard from some people they just don’t like it because of the strong taste that it has. Now I have to admit I only like my lamb chops as you see them above which is called french cut. Most of the time I have a very hard time finding them.

Hi everyone, today I’m going to talk about a meal I have been wanting to cook for a very long time.  These dishes are my take on very spicy wings with rice and peas and fried plantains.  This is a  meal that is found in Jamaica their rice and peas are red beans and rice for us.  The plantain,  I was able to find at the Asian market.  I only purchased one so it costs me under a dollar.  The chicken cost me under $2.00 for a fresh chicken pinwheel which is a small whole chicken cut up.  I also already had the chicken wings in the freezer.

Hi everyone as we all know Sunday  dinners have always been a special tradition to me as well as to the rest of the world.  It’s when all the family can get together and get caught up and talk about old times and  you always wind up seeing someone you haven’t seen in years.
