Hi Everyone it really has been a long day today.  So I really was looking for something quick and simple to make.  So, since it’s the weekend,  I decided to try and get the frig cleaned out of all the vegetables  that I had.   I also had these two very large chicken breast so I just decided to put them all together and see what happens.

Boy, when it’s hot it’s hot.  Hehehe.   These are the habanero and chili peppers that I grew in my garden this summer.  I have them everywhere, in the frig, on the counter, and in jars.  I can’t even give them away they just keep coming in.

Hey everyone, today I really had not planned on doing a lot of cooking but, my son Jordan and his friend, decided they were going to look at the football game at our house.  So, they went to the store to buy some steaks, so they thought hehehe and came back home with beef sirloin tip steaks.  Wow what a big difference. Now  I have to figure out what kind of dish I can  make.  I know, Pepper Steak.

Salads are affordable and always will  be.  You may get a little bored with them but, you just need to learn to be creative.  For me, salads are the quick meal I eat at lunch time just to keep from eating a lot of junk and fattening fast foods.
